Before you apply please ensure you have all relevant information readily available to include in your application:
- A completed application for each adult over age 18 living in the home

- $35 non-refundable application fee (per applicant)
- Copy of driver's license or state ID
- One month of verifiable income (paystubs, etc.).  Names and dates must be clearly visible
- Last 2-5 years of rental history including previous landlord contact info

It pets are allowed, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per animal.
